Account Manager Belgium - France

Meet Sidec

Sidec develops and manufactures coated granules and synthetic resin flooring systems for professional installers located in more than 50 countries. As a medium-sized SME with 35 employees, we have grown to become the market leader for stone carpet. From our mission “with certainty the best partner”, we have the ambition to further expand this position through a more intensive commercial approach at home and abroad, and through the renewal of the product range.

The function

For most of your time, you will visit existing customers in Belgium (80%) (excluding Antwerp and Limburg) and France (20%). You will build on existing collaborations and strengthen relationships.
In addition, you prospect new customers and convince them of the many advantages of Sidec’s concept.
You will report your daily sales activities via the CRM system directly to the business manager, who will be your sales manager. Your activities will be discussed weekly at the Sales meeting.

  • Small/medium businesses that install stone carpet, trowel, or cast floors themselves.
  • Larger companies specializing in the installation of industrial flooring.
  • Study and architectural firms.
  • Garden contractors ikv the Terradec flooring system.

Profile

  • You are strong in active listening and persuading people, in other words, you are an effective salesperson.
  • You like both hunting and farming.
  • From your bachelor’s level of thinking and working, you can quickly acquire the necessary product knowledge after a thorough internal training.
  • Knowledge of or affinity for (sales in) the construction industry is an advantage.
    You live in a strategically interesting place to sell in the region.
